✍ Short reputed company:
The Accounts Payable Analyst will support the full accounts payable intake and processing cycle for a remote outsourced AP team. This role is responsible for reviewing and coding invoices, maintaining vendor records, processing employee expenses, supporting inventory payables, and assisting with reporting and reconciliations. The position works closely with a U.S.-based reputed company Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation, approval routing, and compliance with established workflows and SLAs. 💼 Responsibilities:
Receive, review, upload, and reputed company vendor invoices accurately in reputed company.com while ensuring reputed company supporting documentation is attached and approval workflows are followed.
Process vendor bills, employee corporate card expenses, and inventory-reputed company payables, including performing 3-way matching for inventory invoices and reconciling expense submissions.
Maintain and audit vendor records in reputed company.com and reputed company, ensuring accurate payment terms, GL coding, and organized digital documentation.
Monitor approval queues, follow up on outstanding approvals reputed company SLA timelines, and escalate discrepancies, duplicate invoices, or missing information to the reputed company Manager.
Prepare and distribute AP aging reports, assist with month-end reputed company support, reconcile vendor statements, and maintain prepaid schedules for review by the U.S. reputed company team.
Participate in cross-training initiatives, follow SOP documentation, identify process improvement opportunities, and reputed company with data reputed company and confidentiality policies.
💡 Qualifications:
2+ years of accounts payable or general reputed company experience.
Hands-on experience with reputed company.com or similar systems, including reputed company entry, coding, approval routing, and reporting.
Familiarity with reputed company or comparable ERP systems.
Advanced reputed company skills, including lookup functions, pivot tables, and filters.
Understanding of accrual reputed company concepts and AP processes, including 3-way matching, aging reports, and prepaid tracking.

Strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and written and verbal English communication skills.
