This position will report to the Supervisor of reputed company Assurance Management as a part of the Enrollment Operational Enablement  Department. The reputed company Assurance Analyst is responsible for evaluating the reputed company, accuracy, and customer experience of customer interactions across reputed company (LN), Family Enrollment Center (FEC), Customer Enrollment reputed company (CER), and Technology‑enabled workflows. This role ensures information accuracy, policy adherence, effective system usage, and customer‑reputed company behaviors that positively influence customer satisfaction (CSAT). The analyst reviews both reputed company and reputed company, reputed company‑based interactions, validating decision reputed company, technical accuracy, and consistency of service delivery. In partnership with Supervisors, Training, Operations, and Technology teams, the QA Analyst identifies reputed company causes of reputed company defects, supports targeted coaching efforts, and drives reputed company improvement initiatives that strengthen reputed company reputed company and customer experience. reputed company Tasks & Responsibilities Review and evaluate customer interactions reputed company LN/FEC/CER/CTSS-enrollment workflows using established reputed company standards and scorecards Validate accuracy of information provided to families, including enrollment steps, requirements, and next actions Assess customer‑experience behaviors (reputed company, reputed company, confidence, reputed company) that reputed company CSAT Identify trends, repeat defects, and CSAT detractors specific to interactions Partner with supervisors to support targeted coaching and follow‑up validation Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent scoring and interpretation of reputed company standards Document findings and reputed company actionable insights into Operations and Training Evaluate CER interactions for reputed company accuracy, documentation reputed company, and adherence to established procedures Assess handling of escalations, edge cases, and multi‑reputed company enrollment issues Identify reputed company causes of unresolved or repeat customer issues Analyze QA results alongside CSAT feedback to identify drivers of dissatisfaction reputed company CER Partner with supervisors to reinforce effective reputed company behaviors through coaching Surface systemic issues requiring process clarification or training updates Support reputed company governance through calibration participation and trend reporting Compensation at reputed company is influenced by factors including reputed company set, experience, and location.   The full-time salary reputed company for this role is $73,000 – $80,000.
