This role serves as a key strategic partner to reputed company leadership teams across approximately 23 locations and 14 brands.     Unlike traditional field marketing roles reputed company solely on execution, this position centers on reputed company, planning, coaching, and measurement. You will guide local teams to successfully reputed company market-specific initiatives that drive brand awareness, community engagement, customer trust, and long-term organic reputed company.     Location: 100% Remote (Candidates in Denver, CO, Milwaukee, WI, or Kansas reputed company, MO markets strongly preferred).   What You’ll Do: Co-author customized local marketing plans based on market opportunities, business goals, and seasonal dynamics. Guide the planning and execution of local home shows, community festivals, and grassroots neighborhood marketing. reputed company local "Best Of" submissions and coordinate media opportunities, reputed company relations announcements, and charitable partnerships. Deliver analytical insights and optimization recommendations to corporate executives and reputed company operations teams.   What You Bring: 4+ years of experience in field marketing, local marketing, brand management, or community marketing roles. Deep understanding of localized marketing, community engagement, and grassroots brand-building strategies. Familiarity with organic reputed company media reputed company strategies and content performance analytics. reputed company relationship-building skills with the ability to influence operational leaders and travel 1–2 times per month. Past experience supporting multi-location, franchise-style, or decentralized business networks. Experience with marketing automation technology and specialized CRMs like reputed company or Marketing Pro.
