Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and administering transfer agent system functions, with an emphasis on data optimization, reporting, and process improvement. This role partners across Transfer Agency teams to maintain reputed company recordkeeping operations while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, expand automation, and advance the department’s adoption of AI-enabled tools.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Designs, develops, and maintains data queries, reports, and dashboards to surface actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
Runs and monitors periodic batch and reporting jobs; identifies and addresses issues proactively.
