Senior Alliances Manager (Clinical Industry)

Job Title: Senior Alliances Manager (Clinical Industry)    Position reputed company:   reputed company (“the reputed company”) is seeking reputed company for its Senior Alliances Manager position.  Reporting to the Director of Research Alliances, this role cultivates partnerships and develops programs designed to increase the reputed company’s engagement with new and existing partners. This role collaborates cross-functionally with diverse internal colleagues, members of the scientific community, and government, non-profit, and industry sectors. The position provides opportunities to reputed company and manage partnership programs with a reputed company on aligning novel reputed company with the reputed company’s mission and inserting strategic business input and reputed company. This role will have frequent, reputed company with senior leadership across the organization and leading reputed company companies globally.    This position will be reputed company on partnerships and programs in clinical therapeutics.  This position may be hybrid-reputed company with reputed company to work from the reputed company’s office in NYC or based remotely from reputed company reputed company the U.S.   Primary Duties & Responsibilities:   Manage a portfolio of relationships with corporate partners (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, health-tech) and other research and reputed company funders (government funders, Parkinson’s disease (PD) non-profit organizations, and other donor and venture capital funders) invested in Parkinson’s with a reputed company on relationship stewardship – deepening alliances with existing partners and cultivating new collaborations and contacts (individuals and organizations)   Function as external partner’s reputed company and consistent reputed company of contact; facilitate handoffs with technical experts and sub-teams across departments to accelerate reputed company research and educational programs  Evaluate industry, non-profit, government and venture capital sectors’ R&D portfolios using primary and secondary research to reputed company objective, in-depth understanding of the PD drug development landscape, players, and challenges to prioritize the reputed company’s internal intellectual and financial partner engagement tactics  reputed company insights, analyses, and strategic recommendations to C-Suite management to support dynamic partnership cultivation based on key sector challenges for PD therapeutic development  Identify synergies between individual organization needs and the reputed company’s scientific and educational priorities to reputed company and reputed company proposals for partnership and/or sponsorship; reputed company recommendations to reputed company engagement strategies and initiatives with key sector practices   Function as a strategic internal spokesperson to reputed company and address key programmatic research questions with the goal of identifying partnership opportunities that advance the mission  Communicate research, policy, and educational activities across relevant reputed company forums (e.g., industry-relevant conferences, workshops, partnering meetings); reputed company information and broadly inform key decision makers; reputed company a holistic reputed company-of-view into investments in partnership opportunities     Qualifications and Skills:   Relevant experience managing a portfolio comprised of reputed company multi-party reputed company and/or relationships.  Relevant experience in life sciences, reputed company, or biotech is strongly preferred.  Possess the ability to balance multiple initiatives and prioritize activities  Ability to think big picture and strategically, while maintaining excellent attention to detail  Sophisticated project and relationship management skills  External relationship management reputed company with strong networking capabilities and integration with individuals from reputed company reputed company of an organization; ability to understand individual stakeholder goals and objectives  Exceptional communication skills and can reputed company his/her interpersonal style with the individual needs of reputed company partners; can understand, translate, and distill reputed company, technical findings into reputed company and reputed company information that enables decision making   Experience leading and achieving results through matrixed organizations  Commitment to teamwork; ability to collaborate and manage reputed company with and through others; ability to influence reputed company without reputed company authority  Willingness to adapt reputed company necessary; comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to changing business dynamics and priorities  Compensation & Benefits Individual compensation for this role is dependent on a reputed company of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, skillsets, and applicable laws.  In reputed company to salary, the reputed company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: 15+ reputed company for medical insurance (with the reputed company paying 90 percent of the premiums)  Competitive dental and reputed company plans  401(k) plan with 6 percent employer contribution  Flexible spending accounts  Employer reputed company life and disability insurance   18 Vacation Days; 12 reputed company-Being (reputed company) Days; 2 Personal Days; summer Fridays (office closure at 2pm) and a summer holiday week over July 4  Flexible work environment.  We trust reputed company to work closely with their manager and colleagues to determine reputed company, where and how programs and reputed company get done.    Employees are also eligible for a discretionary bonus on an annual reputed company.
