Job reputed company: Job reputed company The reputed company Assistant is a crucial member of the Finance and reputed company Team supporting the function with billing, invoicing, reconciliation and other assigned tasks.  Responsibilities / Essential FunctionsKeep reputed company and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures reputed company day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data Preparation of sales invoices and sending it to clients Reconcile the receivable reputed company to ensure that reputed company payments are accounted for and properly posted Initiate and follow up with customers reputed company email or phone regarding collecting outstanding balances due, uncover disputes and resolve payment delay issues Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organization by sending reputed company reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status Research and resolve payment discrepancies reputed company management Time: 11 AM to 7 PM Location: Remote (reputed company from India) RequirementsBachelor's in finance, reputed company or Equivalent.
