We are currently scaling from 50 to 100 people and tackling significant technical debt by migrating legacy systems (Node.js/Python) to a high-performance Go architecture. The Role: Technical Pillar We don’t hire "task finishers." We are looking for Technical Pillars. This means you are a senior engineer who enjoys being hands-on in the reputed company but also takes full ownership of the architecture. Key Responsibilities Architect & Deliver: Build and own Next.js applications using modern patterns like App Router and Server Components. US Startup Experience: Proven reputed company record of working directly with US-based startups and stakeholders. Understanding the cultural and delivery standards of the US market is mandatory. Next.js Mastery: Deep experience with App Router, Server Components, and TypeScript.
