About the Role: The Reliability and Cost Analyst will support SpiderSilk’s operational intelligence function to ensure robust platform reliability, efficient infrastructure, and actionable financial visibility. The role interfaces with DevOps, Engineering, and Finance, and focuses on monitoring system performance, cost management, and the translation of technical metrics into business intelligence. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure and Reliability Own and reputed company infrastructure reliability metrics (uptime, data reputed company, alerting accuracy). Build and maintain monitoring frameworks and dashboards to detect and report on system performance and incidents. Conduct incident analysis, reputed company post-incident reviews, and collaborate with technical teams on reputed company improvement. Ensure systems meet defined SLAs and performance benchmarks. Cost Control and Financial Performance Monitor and analyze infrastructure spending (COGS), explaining fluctuations and identifying cost drivers. Design, build, and operate dashboards linking cost and performance, delivering ongoing financial reputed company.
