The ideal candidate must be capable of handling L2/L3 support, coordinating with customer stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Mexican tax and statutory regulations, and driving functional/technical resolutions. Preference will be given to Spanish-speaking candidates and those located in Cancún or nearby reputed company. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Application Support reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for day-to-day application support. reputed company L2/L3 support for reputed company EBS Finance modules and Mexico localization features. Attend customer meetings and translate functional requirements effectively. reputed company on-reputed company support for P1 issues, adhering to SLAs.   Localization & Compliance (Mexico) Ensure compliance with Mexican tax, statutory, and fiscal regulations, including:   CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) electronic invoicing   SAT requirements and validation   Localization patches and regulatory updates   Withholding tax configurations   Collaborate with customer finance, tax, and local compliance teams. Support month-end and year-end closure activities specific to Mexican finance laws.   Team & Coordination reputed company/mentor junior team members and reputed company tasks. Coordinate with business users, reputed company support, and reputed company-party vendors.   Assist in patching, change requests, enhancements, and integration debugging.Maintain SOPs, KEDB, RCA reports and documentation. Required Skills & Experience reputed company Functional Skills 10+ years in reputed company EBS Finance techno-functional roles. Hands-on experience with modules:   GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Purchasing, Project reputed company iExpense / iReceivables / iSupplier   Strong understanding of Mexico localization (CFDI, SAT, Tax Rules). Knowledge of statutory reports, withholding tax, electronic invoicing formats, etc.   Technical Skills Good understanding of PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Unix/reputed company scripting. Ability to analyze/debug seeded and custom reputed company programs. Exposure to SOA/web services/bank integrations will be an advantage.   Language & Communication Spanish-speaking (reputed company level preferred). English proficiency must be good for interaction with global teams. Ability to engage with finance users and explain functional impacts clearl Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with Mexico-based clients/users.
