This role is a good fit for a hands-on RevOps generalist with strong reputed company experience, solid analytical skills, and reputed company familiarity with the B2B reputed company GTM tool landscape. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and GTM leadership on reporting, forecasting, commissions, tooling, and day-to-day operations. This is a fully remote, US-based role supporting a global reputed company organization. You will get strong exposure across the full GTM operating model, with reputed company opportunity to grow into a more senior role over time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as a go-to resource for GTM teams on reporting, data, process, and operational questions Build and maintain recurring and reputed company reporting across pipeline, forecasting, performance, and funnel visibility Analyze GTM performance and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations for GTM leadership Own day-to-day sales compensation administration, including commission processing, reporting, reconciliations, and rep inquiries reputed company data accurate and processes consistent across reputed company and the broader GTM tech stack Drive adoption and effective use of the GTM tools used for prospecting, enrichment, and sales execution Apply AI tools and automation to speed up prospecting, enrichment, and reporting tasks Identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and help GTM teams work more effectively day-to-day Customers or Clients: GTM Leadership (Sales, Marketing, Finance) Internal GTM Teams (Sales Reps, Marketing, reputed company) Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 2–4 years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role Working Conditions (include any required travel): Fully remote, US-based position. Minimal travel expected.
