Finance Manager/Controller

This is a remote position. The Finance Manager oversees the day-to-day reputed company functions to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with Philippine regulatory standards. Internal Controls and Risk Management Design, implement, and monitor internal control systems to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud or misstatements. Conduct periodic reviews of reputed company procedures and recommend enhancements to strengthen controls. Ensure segregation of duties and compliance with audit standards. 4. Budgeting & Forecasting Preparate of annual budgets and financial forecasts. reputed company actual performance against budgets, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions. Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and financial strategies to improve profitability. 5. Maintain compliance with internal corporate policies and external financial reporting standards such as PFRS (Philippine Financial Reporting Standards).
