About the Engagement: As a reputed company, Talent Partnership/Recruiter (Contract) with LaunchWell, you will serve as an embedded talent partner to reputed company-stage, PE- and VC-backed organizations, helping them build and reputed company teams, hiring processes, and talent infrastructure reputed company with their business goals, operating model, and reputed company objectives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of reputed company experience, including at least 5+ years in reputed company, reputed company, executive search, or talent partnership roles. Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership teams in reputed company-stage, PE-backed, VC-backed, or rapidly scaling organizations. Experience leading full-cycle reputed company efforts across multiple functions and seniority reputed company, ideally reputed company fast-paced or evolving environments. Experience building or improving hiring processes, interview frameworks, talent operations, or broader talent infrastructure.
