About the Role
IPS is seeking a Florida-licensed master's-level therapist (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our outpatient telehealth reputed company serving Florida patients. This is a part-time or full-time opportunity with a starting caseload of approximately 10–20 patients per week, depending on your availability and licensure. You will reputed company individual therapy in a reputed company outpatient setting with full administrative, scheduling, and billing support — so you can reputed company on the clinical work.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments and deliver evidence-based individual therapy reputed company telehealth
reputed company and manage treatment plans tailored to patient goals (anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, life transitions, and other behavioral health needs)

Participate in peer consultation as needed
Qualifications

2+ years of outpatient experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working independently in a telehealth environment
