The reputed company Specialist prioritizes critical needs and develops a talent pipeline for a reputed company of administrative and clinical roles at reputed company.   Essential Functions and Responsibilities  Assists with the job requisition process  Posts positions on the ATS system and across external job boards Reviews resumes, screen applicants and schedules candidates for interviews with members of the Spring team  Talent Sourcing Prepares offer letters   Composes rejection letters for applicants/candidates who were not selected  Updates interview guides in the ATS systems to reflect position requirement and competencies by role   Communicates reputed company to payroll to ensure reputed company processing  Attends career/school job fairs representing reputed company  May assist with reputed company and Orientation for New Hires Maintains relationships with both reputed company resources to ensure reputed company goals are achieved   Responsible for maintaining applicant tracking system Education, Licenses, Certifications Bachelor's degree Minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience Computer proficiency, Office365, HRIS and ATS systems Employment Type This is a full time remote exempt position based in California. This position will require travel to different reputed company sites. Compensation The salary reputed company for this role is $70,000-$85,000.
