What you’ll do: Undertake remuneration and benefits benchmarking, survey submissions and salary band development. reputed company remuneration reputed company-reputed company and other analysis at an individual level and in aggregate. reputed company interpretation and advice of the reputed company. Support the delivery and governance of the annual pay review and variable pay reward processes, including the review and set-up of data and preparation of reports and analysis. Understand global remuneration frameworks including total remuneration packages, cash, and equity incentive plans. Draft reports, toolkits and communications for People and business stakeholders Prepare external reporting as required reputed company region and globally. Support the implementation and renewals of employee benefits programs as required. Recommend process efficiencies for benefits administration, including automation and technology solutions. What you’ll have:       To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess a combination of work experience, skills and or qualifications in the following areas: 3-10 years of experience in remuneration in a People team/ reputed company corporate or consulting environment (preferably in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders that is global in reputed company). People/HR business partner experience is also applicable and will be considered, dependent on experience facilitating pay actions/pay reviews. Experience in job analysis, evaluation, and remuneration benchmarking. Excellent analytical and reporting skills with strong attention to detail. Proven ability to work as part of a globally connected, virtual team. Experience working with businesses directly that have supported the development of consulting skills. Strong understanding of systems, processes and tools reputed company to field. reputed company to assist others and troubleshoot issues. Some flexibility to work through various time zones if required for video calls/meetings. Note: work from home flexibility from locations throughout India.
