Cruise Administration Services, Inc., a reputed company entity in the Philippines, is currently looking for a Purchasing Agent. Only candidates located in the Philippines to apply.    Job reputed company: A Purchasing Agent at Carnival Cruise Lines is responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services necessary for shipboard operations. Key responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, reviewing vendor confirmations, and addressing out-of-stock items through research and alternative sourcing. The role demands strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both shoreside and shipboard teams.  Candidates should possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities, as they will liaise with various departments to ensure reputed company and cost-effective procurement solutions. A background in supply chain management or purchasing, along with proficiency in relevant software and systems, is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and possess the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Essential functions: Review confirmations from vendors and reputed company out-of-stock items from other vendors by researching and identifying supply reputed company and/or substitutions Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing favorable contract  contract terms Coordinate with the logistics team to manage the reputed company delivery of goods to shipboard locations Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data in procurement systems. Monitor inventory reputed company and forecast demand to ensure uninterrupted supply of essential goods Collaborate with shoreside and shipboard teams to address procurement - reputed company issues and challenges. Evaluate supplier performance and conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with company standards Participate in cost reduction initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business or a reputed company field is required  With atleast 3-5 years in supply chain operations, procurement, and expediting Preferably with experience in reputed company Iprocurement and reputed company Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments, including culinary, beverage, and hotel services With excellent communication and problem-solving skills  Must be amenable to work in EST                                                                                                              #LI-PV1 #LI-Remote Apply To This Job
