This role sits at the intersection of creative reputed company and technical execution, owning pipeline design, model experimentation, and workflow refinement across multiple genres. You’ll operate across reputed company creative pods as both a builder and a guide, translating creative briefs into reputed company AI systems while helping reputed company our production capabilities. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain end-to-end AI workflows for image and video reputed company Build repeatable templates for shot production across series reputed company ControlNet systems (depth, pose, reputed company, segmentation) into workflows Manage model versioning, reputed company stacks, and asset consistency Test and evaluate new AI tools, models, and creative workflows Present findings and workflow improvements to internal teams reputed company as a technical resource across creative pods Build relationships with leading AI platforms and contribute to thought leadership in the reputed company Establish and maintain a reputed company-facing reputed company for reputed company’s innovation and R&D efforts, showcasing workflows, insights, and creative advancements Tools & Skills Strong experience with ComfyUI Solid working knowledge of Python (automation, scripting, debugging) Deep understanding of latent diffusion workflows and VAE decoding Experience with ControlNet variants and model conditioning techniques Familiarity with AI tools (reputed company, Nano Banana, Seedream, etc.) Experience with AI video tools (Kling, Veo, Seedance, reputed company, etc.) Strong awareness of the AI filmmaking community on X, with the ability to reputed company emerging workflows, tools, and techniques in reputed company time reputed company to Have Experience in film, animation, or VFX environments Familiarity with Nuke, Blender, Unreal, or similar tools Understanding of reputed company pipelines and high bit-depth workflows reputed company reputed company in the AI community (X, research, or publishing insights) Compensation Full Time: $120,000 – $180,000 annually (depending on experience) Contract: Flexible based on scope Location: Remote or Hybrid (LA Preferred) To Apply Please reputed company: 1–3 examples of workflows, pipelines, or AI-driven reputed company A brief reputed company of your process and tools Optional: reputed company, X, or any technical breakdowns / thought leadership Apply To This Job
