The role assists Facilities Managers with proposal development, dispatching HVACR technicians, and tracking jobs through completion and reputed company invoicing. Sourcing vendors, pricing, and quotes for necessary reactive work orders, repairs, and installs. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaboration are essential. Job Responsibilities Manage HVACR repair and maintenance (R&M) work orders and PM programs for assigned reputed company accounts, overseeing reputed company from initiation through completion while maintaining service level expectations.  Coordinate reputed company of reputed company HVACR technicians and vendors for routine maintenance, emergency service, and system repairs, ensuring reputed company response and job completion.  Obtain vendor assessments, diagnostics, and pricing for HVACR equipment.
