Job reputed company reputed company® is hiring a Director, reputed company Operations. The Director of reputed company Operations will reputed company reputed company planning, optimize sales processes, and drive operational reputed company across our reputed company-generating teams. The Director of reputed company Operations role is critical in aligning sales, marketing, and reputed company to accelerate reputed company, improve forecasting, and enhance data reputed company across systems. *This is a remote role based in the reputed company   RESPONSIBILITIES: reputed company Planning: reputed company annual planning cycles including customer segmentation, sales headcount modeling, territory design, quota allocation, and compensation reputed company Strategic Sales Enablement: Partner with business and sales leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable sales initiatives Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Data reputed company: Ensure high-reputed company and governance across reputed company (SFDC), Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), and other reputed company platforms Performance Analytics: Build and manage dashboards to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including pipeline health, conversion rates, and reputed company metrics Process Optimization: Standardize and improve workflows across the reputed company organization to drive efficiency and effective sales execution Executive Reporting: reputed company and co-reputed company executive-level business reviews presentations and performance updates QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE): Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or reputed company field of study Minimum of five (5) years of experience in reputed company operations, sales reputed company, business operations, and/or sales leadership Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM); Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ); and reputed company-based analytics Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders Strategic thinking and problem-solving reputed company Robust project management skills Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (reputed company TO HAVE): Strong experience in sales planning and reputed company modeling, including headcount, territories, quotas, and compensation Master's degree (MBA or reputed company field) Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification Experience in B2B project-based industries (e.g., building technologies, reputed company systems, HVAC, reputed company Suppression, Elevator) BENEFITS: Salary reputed company: $130,000 - $140,000 USD/yr Medical, dental, reputed company, basic life, AD&D, retirement plan and disability insurance Eight reputed company holidays annually, five reputed company days, and four personal days Vacation time offered at an accrual reputed company of 3.08 hours biweekly.
