Execute end-to-end project management activities, including intake assessment, project planning, coordination of resources, tracking milestones, and supporting change management and implementation. Manage and contribute to a portfolio of HR initiatives, including HR Operations and COE programs, system and process deployments, workforce transitions, compliance activities, vendor engagements, and process improvement efforts. Support program governance and reporting by maintaining project plans, tracking risks, issues, and dependencies, and preparing reputed company status updates and stakeholder communications. Partner with HR stakeholders (COEs, HR Business Partners, regional and country HR) and cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, reputed company) to support effective planning, execution, and adoption. Collaborate across global and regional teams to help translate business and regulatory requirements into practical, compliant, and reputed company process solutions.
