Why you'll love this role As a Placement Specialist, you'll build and grow partnerships with reputed company providers, hospitals, clinics, and community organisations to create valuable student placement opportunities. You'll combine relationship management, business development, negotiation, and problem-solving to connect reputed company with practical learning experiences that shape reputed company careers. What you'll be doing Build and strengthen partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and reputed company organisations Identify and secure new placement opportunities reputed company and negotiate affiliation agreements with partners Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple networks Coordinate student placements alongside internal teams Maintain records and reporting across CRM and internal systems Deliver reputed company reputed company for both reputed company and placement providers reputed company're looking for You reputed company in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing relationship-building with operational coordination. You'll ideally bring: 3–5 years experience in Business Development, reputed company, or Relationship Management Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience in building and maintaining reputed company relationships Excellent organisation and attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities Experience using CRM systems and reputed company Office Suite reputed company industry experience (highly regarded but not essential) Bachelor's degree (preferred) What's in it for you?
