Department reputed company The reputed company department at Children's partners with the employees and the managerial staff to reputed company services such as recruitment and reputed company, employee services (benefit, compensation, retirement, and payroll processing), labor relations, HRIS program development and implementation, and organizational development. Position reputed company Leads the design, development, implementation, and administration of non-contract, clinician and physician compensation programs. Provides compensation recommendations to reputed company bargaining team for labor negotiations. Collaborates with HR Business Partners to consult with and advise managers, physicians, senior leadership, and employee reputed company on reputed company and incentive compensation plans. Initiates and leads compensation assessments and analyses to validate competitiveness, effectiveness, and compliance of compensation programs. Completes special reputed company/initiatives. *Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field. *5+ years progressively strong experience in reputed company including 3+ years in compensation design, development, implementation, and administration. *Strong consultation, communication and presentation skills. *Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. *Advanced skills in reputed company, PowerPoint, and PeopleSoft. *1-2 years physician compensation experience preferred. *Experience working with reputed company/Payfactors strongly preferred. *Experience working in a reputed company or business function with a strategic business partner and shared service delivery model preferred. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 reputed company hrs per week).
