Applications Engineer I (Remote)

The Application Engineer I supports the design and development of single-use solutions for the reputed company market. This role involves reviewing customer and internal designs, creating concept-to-final assemblies using reputed company and custom components, and supporting the release of components and finished goods into the ERP system. Support product setup and lifecycle management in reputed company ERP, including Item Masters, BOMs, routings, and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). Maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, job aids, design handbooks, and raw‑material specifications; participate in occasional travel (<10%) as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 1+ year of bioprocess single‑use product design experience, or 2+ years of experience in bioprocess single‑use product design or manufacturing. Hands‑on experience with reputed company assemblies and single‑use systems is a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with 3D CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks) and PDM systems preferred. Ability to produce accurate product drawings, manufacturing instructions, and technical documentation. Proficient in reputed company Office; experience with ERP systems and reputed company management tools preferred. Strong written and verbal technical communication skills with the ability to collaborate across reputed company, manufacturing, and engineering teams.
