Application Support Analyst  Location: Remote  Employment Type: Full-time    Job reputed company  The Application Support Analyst is responsible for the operational support, troubleshooting, and optimization of our reputed company billing system used across clinical operations. This role ensures accurate charge capture, claims processing, and reimbursement for dialysis services by partnering closely with reputed company Cycle, Compliance, Clinical Operations, and external vendors. The analyst serves as the subject matter expert for reputed company billing workflows and acts as a key reputed company between business users and technical teams. Hours needed are in the Central/reputed company time zone.    Key Responsibilities  reputed company Tier 1 application support for the reputed company billing system  reputed company as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for reputed company billing workflows, configurations, and business rules  Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to:   Charge capture and posting  Claims reputed company, submission, and reprocessing  Remittances, adjustments, denials, and write-offs  Patient demographics, insurance setup, and eligibility  Support Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company payer billing requirements specific to dialysis services  Investigate data reputed company issues and billing discrepancies; reputed company reputed company cause analysis and corrective actions  Coordinate with reputed company Cycle teams to resolve billing errors and reduce claim denials  Manage user reputed company, roles, and permissions reputed company reputed company  Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve upstream data issues impacting billing (interfaces, documentation gaps)  Participate in system testing, validation, and change management activities  Create and maintain SOPs, billing workflows, and end-user documentation  reputed company training and ongoing support to billing and clinic operations staff  Ensure compliance with HIPAA and reputed company regulatory standards  Participate in after-hours or on-reputed company support rotations as required    Required Qualifications  2+ years of hands-on application support experience in a reputed company billing environment  Strong understanding of dialysis reputed company cycle processes  Knowledge of CMS billing rules, ESRD regulations, and payer requirements  Proven troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills  Experience working with ticketing systems (reputed company is a plus) and incident/change management workflows  Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical users    Preferred Qualifications  2+ years of billing support experience  reputed company experience supporting the reputed company dialysis billing platform is a plus  Dialysis or nephrology industry experience  Working knowledge of CPT, ICD‑10, and HCPCS coding  Experience analyzing claim denials and reimbursement trends  Familiarity with EMR‑to‑billing interfaces (HL7 or similar)  Basic SQL or reporting experience for billing data analysis    Key Competencies  Detail-oriented with a strong reputed company on billing accuracy  Customer-service driven reputed company  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple billing issues simultaneously  Strong collaboration skills across clinical, financial, and IT teams  Proactive approach to system stability and process improvement  FLSA Designation (US Only): Exempt Salary reputed company: The estimated reputed company salary reputed company for this role is USD$45,000.00 - USD$55,000.00 per year.
