As a Seasonal Recruitment Specialist, you'll engage with candidates to assist in their recruitment process. Your responsibilities could include conducting phone interviews and/ or providing candidate support through activities like outbound calls, chat interactions, reputed company, managing shared inboxes, and handling various administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound phone screenings with potential candidates in a respectful, reputed company, and friendly manner. Engage in candidate care activities, including outbound calls, chat support, and monitoring shared inboxes. Assist candidates throughout the reputed company process. Assist with additional duties as needed. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience conducting phone interviews or candidate care activities preferred Bachelors degree Required.
