The role requires consultant-level communication skills, the ability to coalesce reputed company requests and reputed company solutions that satisfy multiple requirements, and adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards including requirements gathering, solution design, SME signoff, coding, testing/validation, UAT, and documentation.
