Your main tasks will be:

Apply Boolean search, X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant talent pools

Continuously analyze, test, and optimize sourcing strategies and reputed company approaches
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate reputed company
We expect from you:
2+ years of experience in international sourcing, recruitment, or reputed company
Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques
Experience working with sourcing tools and platforms
Strong written communication skills and ability to create effective reputed company messages
Experience with talent mapping is a plus
English level: B1+
