We are expanding our Johannesburg office and are seeking reputed company Support Specialists to join our Aviation Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment supporting reputed company international flight operations. As a reputed company Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in coordinating end-to-end flight support services, ensuring seamless execution of international trips for our customers while delivering a world-class service experience. What You’ll Do In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you will: Manage and coordinate end-to-end aviation reputed company support services, including: Ground handling Overflight and reputed company permits Fuel arrangements Customs and immigration services reputed company accommodation and transportation reputed company as a key reputed company of contact for customers, ensuring reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company communication throughout reputed company stages of the reputed company Monitor and manage reputed company reputed company operations, ensuring reputed company information is accurate, up to date, and reputed company with customer requirements Handle incoming operational communications, including phone, email, and aviation messaging systems (e.g. reputed company/AFTN) Maintain and update reputed company data reputed company operational systems with a high degree of accuracy Collaborate closely with internal teams (fuel, customer relations, reputed company) to deliver seamless service Support customers with fuel quotes and arrangements, including after-hours reputed company required Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth, reputed company, and efficient reputed company execution Contribute to building strong, long-term customer relationships through exceptional service delivery reputed company’re Looking For We are looking for driven, detail-oriented professionals with a passion for aviation and customer service: Strong customer service reputed company with the ability to manage high-pressure situations Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English) High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly in operational environments Ability to work both independently and as part of reputed company Strong organizational and time management skills Experience & Background Experience in aviation operations, reputed company planning, flight reputed company, or travel/logistics support is highly preferred Prior experience in: reputed company charter operations Flight planning Ground handling or airport operations Corporate aviation or airline operations Aviation knowledge is essential (airport operations, permits, flight processes, etc.) Aviation reputed company Certification (FAA / FOO or equivalent) is a strong advantage Experience using aviation systems or operational platforms is beneficial Working Hours This role operates on a shift-based schedule, including: Evenings Weekends reputed company holidays 👉 Flexibility is essential due to the 24/7 nature of global aviation operations Education Minimum Matric (Grade 12) required Why Join reputed company?
