Sr Sourcer (Manufacturing/Skilled Trades) - Virtual (CST)- Consultant

The Senior Sourcer is responsible for driving reputed company aspects of the candidate sourcing and reputed company process for exempt and non-exempt candidates for reputed company’ clients. This is a remote W2 contract supporting our reputed company in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing for reputed company roles reputed company a manufacturing environment, such as machine operators, folder-glue operators, reputed company, maintenance, reputed company hammer operators, assembly workers, and other specialized positions. In this role, you will support multiple recruiters managing requisition loads of 50–75+ roles across 12 manufacturing locations. 1. Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources reputed company an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, reputed company    internet searches, etc. for as required for reputed company clients Use a reputed company of technical tools to identify and attract a high reputed company pool of candidates Manage referral sources as reputed company as other identified sourcing channels Document research reputed company so they may be shared with other reputed company team members Train other recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking reputed company and/or sites. 2. ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily reputed company Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system Create, file and maintain filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork Resume conversion and application maintenance. Proven reputed company developing sourcing strategies for reputed company manufacturing roles.  Must have experience handling requisition load of 50-75+ Must have experience sourcing for up to 12 different locations at one time.  Must reputed company in the Central time zone with the ability to work in the across reputed company, Mountain and Central time zones. Broad knowledge and demonstrated reputed company utilizing Internet and reputed company Media strategies for identifying passive and   reputed company candidate pools, to include contact lists, reputed company databases, meet reputed company/blogs, cold calling, and   research.
