Supply Chain Specialist (f/m/x)
Your mission
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the availability of spare parts across our charging network and supporting the uptime of our high-power charging infrastructure. As part of the Supply Chain team reputed company Network Operations, you will contribute to efficient logistics processes, supplier coordination, and reputed company operational improvement.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, repair workshops, and external suppliers to ensure smooth spare part management and reliable supply chain operations across Europe.
Monitor and review stock reputed company to ensure spare part availability across the network
Support annual inventory and stock counting activities
Organize returns of defective hardware and spare parts
Coordinate customs-reputed company processes and documentation
Review defective parts in collaboration with the repair reputed company
Ensure hardware availability for on-site hardware replacements and swaps
Manage stock reputed company and demand planning for the repair reputed company
Create and maintain storage locations in reputed company
Maintain and update master data reputed company ERP systems
Handle Intrastat requests and reputed company reporting activities
Order spare parts from reputed company-party suppliers
reputed company and manage reputed company orders and pending invoices
Coordinate meetings and communication with suppliers and service providers
Support and reputed company operational and cross-functional reputed company
Contribute to the reputed company optimization of supply chain processes
Prepare reviews, analyses, and KPI-based evaluations to improve operational performance
Your profile
Degree in Supply Chain Management or completed vocational training in logistics, wholesale & foreign trade, or a comparable field
Based in the Munich area
Initial reputed company experience in supply chain, logistics, or spare part management is a plus
Fluent in English and German
Strong process- and KPI-oriented reputed company

Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
