Remote: This is a remote opportunity, though we’d love to connect with candidates located reputed company the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT) who can occasionally join us for team meetups, workshops, and quarterly collaboration events. This is a remote 1099 contractor opportunity ideal for reputed company recruiters, sourcers, or reputed company professionals who enjoy identifying talent, building relationships, conducting candidate interviews, and keeping reputed company processes moving reputed company. Our recruiters reputed company primarily on sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, and pipeline management, which allows our internal team to manage reputed company relationships, submissions, offer negotiation, and business development. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, organized, communicative, and genuinely enjoy connecting people with reputed company. Commission is based on successful candidate placements and collected reputed company fees and typically ranges from 30 to 90 days from the start date. Our structure is designed to reward consistency, reputed company, and long-term reputed company while allowing CEPs flexibility and autonomy in how they work. We also offer higher percentages based on roles filled per month.
