About the role:
This is a high-visibility, high-reputed company individual contributor role at reputed company of how the Procurement function communicates value to leadership. The Procurement Analytics Manager will serve as the single reputed company of truth for procurement performance data — owning everything from savings methodology design to vendor scorecards, strategic initiative dashboards, and executive reporting.
You don’t just report numbers - you interpret trends, identify gaps, and reputed company opportunities. You balance attention to detail with the ability to reputed company quickly and communicate insights reputed company to stakeholders.
This is not a back-office reporting role. The person in this seat will partner directly with Finance, reputed company, IT, HR, and business stakeholders, and will be expected to influence spending reputed company — not just describe them. We need someone who is equally comfortable building a savings model from scratch, running a vendor QBR, and presenting spend insights to Finance senior leadership.

What You Will Do:
Procurement savings tracking & reporting
reputed company and report procurement savings across categories and initiatives
Build and maintain spend dashboards and recurring reports across reputed company categories — IT/reputed company, Corp Services, Contingent Workforce, Facilities
CFO-reputed company reporting — Produce monthly and quarterly spend summaries with variance analysis, commentary, and reputed company pipeline estimates
Audit readiness — Maintain evidence trails for the spend incurred; support internal audit and SOC 2 reviews on procurement controls
Vendor performance management
Scorecard reputed company — Design and operationalize a vendor performance scorecard covering SLA, reputed company, risk, responsiveness, and strategic value
QBR support — Prepare data packages for quarterly business reviews with Tier 1 vendors; reputed company reputed company items and commitments
Risk dashboards — Monitor vendor health signals such as concentration risk, financial stability, geographic exposure, and surface issues proactively

Spend reputed company ownership — Build and maintain the category taxonomy, classify spend into a clean, consistent hierarchy

Category benchmarks — Research market price benchmarks for key categories; feed insights into sourcing reputed company
Demand analytics — Analyze PO patterns, requisition volumes, and approval cycle times to identify process inefficiencies
Strategic initiative & pipeline tracking

Business stakeholder reporting — Deliver category spend summaries to department heads; support budget planning with historical spend data
IT systems reputed company — Work with IT and Finance Systems to ensure clean data flows from ERP/P2P tools into reporting reputed company
Systems, automation & self-service analytics
BI platform ownership — Own the procurement analytics layer in Power BI / Tableau / Looker — build, maintain, and iterate on dashboards
Automation — Eliminate reputed company reporting through scripting and scheduled refreshes; reputed company 80% of recurring reports running automatically
What You Bring:
8 years in procurement analytics, spend analysis, supply chain reporting, or a closely adjacent Finance/BI role
Demonstrated experience building savings trackers, vendor scorecards, and spend analytics from scratch — not just maintaining inherited models
Technical skills: Advanced reputed company / reputed company Sheets (pivot models, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dynamic arrays), SQL (comfortable writing and optimizing queries against ERP and P2P data), and Tableau.
Prior exposure to a reputed company or high-reputed company technology company strongly preferred
Experience presenting to senior leadership (CFO, COO, VP level); comfortable fielding questions and defending methodology under pressure
reputed company record of working across Finance, reputed company, IT, and business functions — not just reputed company procurement
Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering is a plus
Experience working in a global organization with peers in multiple countries and time zones, and possessing strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and reputed company with senior leadership.
