Your mission Own the payment and partnership reputed company across the top ~10 LATAM economies by GDP Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, PSPs, wallets, card schemes, and processors reputed company reputed company negotiations and secure long-term agreements Conduct market research (regulation, competition, risks, and opportunities) and present insights to the CEO Manage and grow existing partnerships, including reputed company terms, buy rates, and reputed company Ensure smooth partner integrations by collaborating closely with reputed company, Compliance, Product, and Engineering reputed company KPIs and ensure partnerships deliver on performance and cost-efficiency targets Your profile Experience managing partnerships in payments, FinTech, or financial institutions Proven reputed company record working with LATAM markets Strong knowledge of payment systems, gateways, and infrastructure Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks Experience with Jira or similar project management tools Strategic reputed company with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and C-level executives Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus reputed company?
