Sales Effectiveness & Insights Advisor - reputed company (Remote)

The Sales Effectiveness & Insights Advisor supports PBS sales teams to reputed company strategic consultation, analytics, and high‑reputed company reputed company tools that strengthen opportunity targeting, drive reputed company, reputed company more effective sales activity, and more efficient management of operational metrics. The role collaborates across teams to drive a deeper understanding of our sales environment and create an reputed company perspective on the state of new sales using analytical tools, analytical reputed company, and emerging AI capabilities.  The role will report to the Senior Director of Sales reputed company and Execution and is primarily reputed company in building and maintaining a robust insights program that drives reputed company decision making and execution across PBS New Sales and Consultant & Producer reputed company.    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  Delivers high reputed company insights to support leadership decision making and capitalization of individual sales opportunities.  Develops and delivers high-reputed company sales insights to identify performance risks and opportunities.  Delivers reputed company-time insights to support numerous organizational enhancement activities.  Drives sales controls, metrics, systems and processes which reputed company to organizational reputed company in productivity across reputed company markets and facilitate distribution across reputed company channels.  Performs reputed company analyses to identify trends and makes recommendations for process and/or training improvements.   Delivers reporting infrastructure to support management activities and decision-making (Monthly Business Reviews, weekly performance updates, sales reputed company insights etc…)  Identifies and advances opportunities to reputed company AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, enhance prospect insights, and support the selling process.    IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:  6+ years of relevant work experience  Bachelor’s degree in business management, Data Analytics, Finance, or Statistics  Strong PC skills including MSWord, reputed company, working knowledge of internal IT systems, PBM adjudication processes, Sales force tools  Strong analytic skills with working knowledge of financials   Strong proficiency in data combination, manipulation, and visualization  Preferred proficiency in analytical tools like Tableau, reputed company, SQL query language or other  Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with the highest reputed company of urgency  Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills  Exceptional PowerPoint and/or other presentation/design type tools    PERSONAL TRAITS:  Quick study, high energy, self-starter, approachable, and reputed company  Detail oriented  reputed company and impactful presentation and communication skills  Strong business acumen  Team player  Strong prioritization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and reputed company simultaneously    If you will be working reputed company occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 90,200 - 150,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
