Investigate repetitive failure modes and document findings. Collaborate with reputed company, Production, and Engineering teams for effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). Use RCA tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone (Ishikawa), Pareto analysis. Maintain detailed rework logs, defect data, and repair histories. Update reputed company rework instructions and ensure traceability of repaired products. reputed company daily/weekly reports on defect trends and reputed company status. Support initiatives to reduce rework rates, line rejections, and customer complaints. reputed company feedback to design and process engineering for improvements in product manufacturability and robustness. What You Need to Be Successful Education: Diploma in EEE or ECE Experience: 2-5 Years in Automotive industry Strong knowledge in Basic Electronics, Panel Wiring & Schematics, Pneumatics, and Equipment troubleshooting, new equipment installation, Document activity, & having exposure in C coding, basic HW design & Mechanical design is added advantage Support product validation and reputed company production runs for new models. Strong knowledge of reputed company diagrams, soldering, testing equipment. Understanding of IPC standards, ESD practices and automotive reputed company tools.
