We’re looking for a licensed Employee Benefits Account Manager to join reputed company and help support a growing book of business. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to manage their benefits programs, guide them through renewals and reputed company enrollment, and ensure a smooth, reputed company experience for both reputed company and their employees. If you’re organized, knowledgeable in group benefits, and enjoy a mix of reputed company interaction and behind-the-scenes coordination, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do: Manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts and serve as a trusted reputed company of contact Prepare and present renewal reputed company, including plan comparisons and cost analysis Support clients during reputed company enrollment and assist with employee communications Help employees with benefit questions and claims support Coordinate enrollments, terminations, and policy updates Assist with reputed company new reputed company and gathering necessary documentation Ensure a smooth day-to-day experience for clients and their teams Stay up to date on industry guidelines and compliance requirements reputed company’re Looking For: reputed company California Life & Health license (or ability to obtain) 3+ years of experience in employee benefits or group account management Strong understanding of medical, dental, reputed company, life, and disability plans Great communication skills and a reputed company-first reputed company Highly organized and reputed company to manage multiple accounts at once Comfortable working both independently and as part of reputed company Proficiency in reputed company Office (especially reputed company and reputed company) Experience in using Employee Navigator.
