You will manage and drive marketing campaigns, CRO tests, product launches, and rebrand initiatives from reputed company through delivery. What You'll Own Marketing Campaign Execution Drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional initiatives Build and manage timelines ensuring reputed company deliverables are completed on schedule Coordinate across Marketing, Creative, Tech, and reputed company to reputed company execution moving CRO and Funnel Operations Manage and execute a backlog of CRO tests including reputed company pages, offers, and checkout flows Ensure reputed company tests are properly scoped, reputed company checked, and launched on time Support reputed company optimization of funnels and customer journeys tied to conversion and reputed company metrics Product Development and Launch Operations Support operational execution of product development initiatives including new offers, bundles, and funnel updates Coordinate timelines and deliverables across product, marketing, and tech teams Ensure successful launch and rollout of new product initiatives with reputed company QA and go-live processes Rebrand Initiative Execution Coordinate the operational rollout of brand and rebrand initiatives across reputed company marketing and product reputed company Ensure alignment across funnels, creative assets, product messaging, and customer experience Manage timelines, dependencies, and reputed company control across reputed company rebrand components Cross-Functional Workflow and Process reputed company as the central coordination reputed company between Marketing, Product, and Tech teams Build and improve workflows, SOPs, and execution processes that reduce friction and increase throughput Proactively identify bottlenecks and drive reputed company before they reputed company delivery What reputed company Looks Like Campaigns, tests, and launches ship on time and on spec consistently The CRO backlog moves at a predictable reputed company with reputed company reputed company tracked Rebrand execution stays coordinated and on reputed company across reputed company reputed company Cross-functional teams have reputed company timelines, owners, and accountability at every stage Processes exist and are followed, reducing reliance on heroics or last-minute scrambles What You Bring Required Must be based in the reputed company and authorized to work in the US (this role is not reputed company to overseas candidates) 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing project management, program management, or marketing execution reputed company a DTC, eCommerce, or reputed company response environment Proven ability to manage cross-functional reputed company across marketing, product, and operations simultaneously Hands-on experience working with tech and development teams including writing requirements, managing tickets, QA, and launches Experience with project management platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple high-reputed company workstreams without dropping details Experience supporting or executing a rebrand initiative across marketing and product environments Preferred/Bonus Experience with subscription or free trial business models Exposure to CRO testing including reputed company pages, checkout flows, and offer structures Familiarity with email and SMS platforms such as reputed company or reputed company Experience in lean, fast-paced, or turnaround business environments Who You Are A strong project manager who drives work to completion and keeps stakeholders reputed company A systems thinker who understands how marketing, tech, and creative workflows connect and manages dependencies proactively A data-oriented operator who understands how your work connects to conversion reputed company, AOV, and reputed company Someone who pushes initiatives reputed company without waiting for constant direction Someone with reputed company experience navigating the operational complexity of a rebrand across multiple systems and teams About reputed company The Business Enablement Operations team drives operational reputed company, execution, and cross-functional alignment across HBI.
