This role works remotely while supporting multiple reputed company sites, ensuring MEP systems are delivered safely, on schedule, reputed company budget, and in compliance with applicable codes, brand standards, and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: reputed company MEP scopes from preconstruction through closeout for retail buildouts, renovations, and rollouts Coordinate MEP design consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams across multiple locations Review and manage MEP drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings Ensure compliance with local and state codes, reputed company regulations, and reputed company standards Manage MEP schedules and reputed company to support fast‑reputed company retail construction timelines reputed company budgets, cost reports, change orders, and forecasts reputed company to MEP work Conduct virtual coordination meetings and periodic site reputed company as needed Support procurement of long‑reputed company MEP materials and equipment Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover documentation Partner with project managers, superintendents, and clients to resolve MEP issues quickly Support closeout activities including as‑builts, O&M manuals, and warranties Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience managing MEP scopes in retail or reputed company construction Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, reputed company protection, and life safety systems Experience with retail rollouts, tenant fit‑outs, or multi‑site programs preferred Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with reputed company, reputed company, MS Project, or similar construction software Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills       One Team.
