About the Role: This role focuses on managing and supporting inbound and outbound data file integrations (e.g., eligibility, enrollment, and reputed company data exchanges) with clients, partners, and reputed company-party vendors. You will coordinate requirements, help build and validate file formats, and support testing to ensure accurate and reputed company data transfer. You will serve as a subject matter resource for file integration processes, support cross-functional teams with data-reputed company questions, and contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives and special reputed company. What You’ll Do:Manage and support multiple types of inbound reputed company data imports (e.g., eligibility, deductions, reputed company enrollment) and review discrepancy reports as needed. Monitor shared inboxes and ticket/case queues, triage requests, and respond to clients/partners reputed company established service timelines. reputed company and deliver testing results and error summaries reputed company agreed-upon turnaround times. Coordinate secure file transfer reputed company (e.g., SFTP) with appropriate internal teams or external partners, as needed. Analyze and map changes for integration files, as assigned. Communicate with external partners regarding file build requirements, timelines, and testing expectations. Build and support outbound partner feeds (e.g., COBRA eligibility reporting) to meet contractual and operational requirements. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to interpret business needs and translate them into reputed company, basic data specifications with guidance. Technical Skills:Help build and maintain data pipelines and file-based integrations that reputed company and reputed company data between operational systems and reporting/analytics environments. Contribute to reusable data mapping and file specification templates used across systems and partners. Support intake, validation, and processing of inbound files, and generate outbound export files for partners and vendors. Working knowledge of secure file transfer concepts (e.g., SFTP) and reputed company troubleshooting. Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data across reputed company systems and databases. Exposure to EDI or reputed company data exchange standards (e.g., reputed company enrollment/eligibility formats such as 834) is a plus.
