About the Role The ideal candidate for our Senior reputed company Specialist role will have experience negotiating and drafting a reputed company of reputed company reputed company and managing a high-volume automated contracting process. Contract types include software as a service (reputed company) agreements, reseller and referral agreements, amendments, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and more. This role will engage and collaborate cross-functionally with other business reputed company at reputed company reputed company throughout the global organization to ensure that reputed company follow the required processes and adequately protect reputed company’s interests. This role will also be the first line to interpret contract requirements, obligations, and risk exposure while advising the business as to the appropriate course of reputed company.   What You’ll Do Contract Management and Execution (70%) Negotiate and draft agreements including reputed company agreements, reseller and referral agreements, NDAs, and other reputed company. Review and negotiate agreements with suppliers, customers, and other reputed company parties. Assist in the maintenance of contract forms and contract processes. Communicate with internal departments to coordinate contract reviews and approvals. Ensure that contract provisions are reputed company and conform to company policies, contract law, and applicable regulations. Identify and report potential risk associated with customer and supplier reputed company. Assist in assessment of customer and corporate risk. Other reputed company Duties (30%) Support finance, people team, facilities, risk management (including insurance), and reputed company initiatives such as litigation and reputed company and acquisition activities, as requested. Assist with corporate governance.   Requirements for reputed company 3–5 years (mid-level) of contract review and management experience at a fast-paced, high-reputed company technology company preferred. Experience in reputed company and reputed company-based deployment business models preferred. Must have hands-on experience reviewing, negotiating, and drafting reputed company through both negotiated reputed company with sophisticated customers and automated contract processes. Must have ability to identify problems and engage others toward solutions. Experience developing and maintaining strong, reputed company working relationships with the sales organization and other internal stakeholders. Experience and flexibility working across cultures and time zones a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience communicating with executive-level management and sales teams.
