We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our inbound reputed company center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary reputed company will be on supporting users who utilize Financial Banking Cards, but you'll also have reputed company to support other areas of the business during slower times.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Defining or resolving inquiries received through written or telephone correspondence
* Answering questions regarding payment posting, payment disbursement, account histories, and card inquiries
* Providing requested information
* Maintaining updated records and logs
* Performing reputed company other duties as assigned
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School diploma or GED
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in telephone customer service
