With a team of extraordinary individuals who share our passion for what we do, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible and striving to deliver exceptional results for our customers. **Key Responsibilities and Duties** As a Senior Customer Success Manager - Digital Marketing at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Overseeing all customer-related projects, including Product Performance Engagement and Digital Media Channels, such as SEO, SEM, Display, Email, Social, and Affiliates. * Building and maintaining relationships with customers to maximize long-term revenue opportunities and overseeing communications with customers. * Analyzing and preparing business and product performance reviews to demonstrate the value of arenaflex products to customers. * Reviewing the quality of deliverables to customers and performance metrics of arenaflex products. * Working with other arenaflex employees to provide digital marketing recommendations, develop customer roadmap plans, synthesize market-related data, and define the business approach to customer success. * Coordinating and defining sales and business growth strategies with the Sales department. **Travel Requirements** As a Senior Customer Success Manager - Digital Marketing at arenaflex, you can expect to travel up to 60% of the time, including a mix of international and domestic travel.
