Your primary responsibilities will include: * Equipment installation and configuration of reputed company servers and cabling infrastructure * Break/Fix substitution of FRUs (Field Replaceable reputed company) * reputed company installation, including placement, cabling, power-up, and reputed company of servers to internal provisioning teams * Investigating and resolving Telco Availability issues * Investigating and replacing Organization reputed company hardware * Collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues * Documenting procedures and building/altering SOPs (reputed company Operating Procedures) * Organized cabling, naming, and testing of fiber/reputed company/telecom links * reputed company power supplies and cabling installation, repair, and maintenance * Executing small reputed company independently and working with your supervisor to plan and execute larger local tasks **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Knowledge of server, storage, and network equipment * A strong interest in learning new data center concepts and technologies * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work a shift plan (4 days per week, 10-hour shifts), including weekends and holidays * 3+ years of experience working in an IT environment * Experience troubleshooting issues on servers, networking devices, and IT hardware * Stockroom experience, including ordering, receiving, and delivering server parts * Experience handling on-reputed company rotations and responding to critical incidents as needed * IT Equipment Concepts knowledge (Attack, SAN, SCIS, Linux/Unix, GRUB) * Familiarity with trunk reputed company is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * 2-year or 4-year degree or 3+ years of experience * 1+ year of experience in Organized Cabling reputed company/Fiber, testing of links, Cooling and Electrical systems knowledge reputed company the data center * arenaflex is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to reputed company reputed company candidates, including those with disabilities.
