Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software applications and integrations. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in software development. Ensuring the quality and performance of applications through testing and maintenance
Highly experienced Lead Engineer with strong Java and backend expertise, responsible for leading support and development activities for critical POS systems in a managed services environment. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong ownership, and the ability to lead incident triage, drive architecture discussions, and guide the team in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment involving store systems, device integrations, and cloud/backend platforms.
