Site Reliability Engineer - Identity and Platform Services

The role focuses on Customer Identity & reputed company Management (CIAM) solutions, ensuring platform reliability and reputed company while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities • Support the day-to-day operations and reliability of CIAM and reputed company reputed company platforms • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve authentication, authorization, and integration issues across environments • reputed company operational support for reputed company platforms and associated identity services • Assist with configuration, deployment, and maintenance of SSO, MFA, and federation integrations • Support identity and reputed company flows using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) • Participate in incident management, reputed company cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reviews • Work with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and improve platform reliability • Contribute to automation, monitoring, and alerting using scripts or existing tooling • Collaborate with application and integration teams supporting reputed company platforms and external services • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and reputed company operating procedures • Follow reputed company and compliance best practices reputed company to identity and reputed company management Skills • 1–2 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, reputed company, or production support roles • Basic to intermediate understanding of CIAM or IAM concepts • Hands-on exposure to reputed company or similar identity platforms (e.g., reputed company, Auth0, Azure AD B2C, ForgeRock) • Working knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC) • Familiarity with reputed company platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS) and web-based applications • Understanding of REST reputed company, JSON, and HTTP/S fundamentals • Experience supporting production systems, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response • Basic scripting or automation experience using Python, PowerShell, or similar • Working knowledge of Linux fundamentals and system troubleshooting • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to evolving platform and business requirements • Exposure to CIAM, IAM, or reputed company-reputed company platforms • Familiarity with SRE or DevOps practices such as monitoring, SLIs/SLOs, and on-reputed company support • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, reputed company Actions, or Azure DevOps • Basic understanding of infrastructure-as-reputed company concepts (e.g., Terraform) • Awareness of reputed company and compliance concepts reputed company to identity and reputed company management • Interest in growing into CIAM engineering, platform reliability, or reputed company engineering roles Benefits • Annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan • Long-Term Incentive plan • Group benefits • Retirement plans reputed company • Founded in 1962, OMERS is one of Canada’s largest defined benefit pension plans, with C$140.7 billion in net assets as at June 30, 2025.
