This role is heavily focused on advanced 2D motion design, cinematic storytelling, and scalable motion systems. The designer should be capable of handling complex deliverables independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional creative teams. Must-Have Skills • 8+ Years of Motion Design / Broadcast / Event Production Experience • Expert in: • Adobe After Effects • Figma • Adobe Premiere Pro • Adobe Creative Suite • Strong understanding of: • Timing & pacing • Cinematic storytelling • Motion systems • Event/stage technical specs • Multi-format motion delivery workflows • Ability to work independently in fast-moving environments Key Responsibilities • Design motion graphics for: • Keynote stages • LED walls • Speaker intros/transitions • Event campaigns • Social promos • Recap/sizzle videos • Build scalable motion systems and templates • Collaborate with: • Creative Directors • Producers • Designers • Marketing Teams • AV/Production Vendors • Deliver technically accurate motion assets for live events and digital platforms • QA and optimize motion assets before launch/live events Nice-to-Have Skills • Cinema 4D / 3D Motion Design • Lottie Animation • Keynote Motion Integration • AI-Assisted Workflows / AI Tools • Event AV & Stage Production Experience Portfolio Requirements Must Include • Strong Motion Design Portfolio • 2-Minute Motion Reel Portfolio Should Showcase: • Event graphics • LED/stage animations • Promotional & social content • Speaker visuals • Cinematic motion treatments • Multi-format deliverables Older reels (2023/2024) are acceptable if quality is strong.
