Secondary Marketing Analyst (Capital Markets)

The Secondary Marketing Analyst is responsible for registering and communicating reputed company lock information and pricing of reputed company loans, selling and delivering loans that are being sold to investors, providing the investor with reputed company required reporting, and ensuring that management obtains reputed company reports addressing loans originated, sold, and serviced. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Issue daily pricing • Confirm and accept locks from reputed company channels (retail, wholesale, correspondent) • Monitor and reputed company changes to locks and reputed company adjustments • Understand and communicate investor policies and requirements • Register loans with state agencies • Manage pipeline reputed company lock policy to ensure profitability in reputed company market conditions. • Other duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience • 3-5 years of experience in secondary marketing and comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage business • reputed company & Encompass experience preferred • MS Office Suite - strong reputed company skills preferred SKILLS REQUIRED • Use of financial/ qualitative data • Analyze issues and implement solutions • Personal organization and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment • Strong communication skills This employer participates in E-Verify.
