Field Recruiter / Community Recruiter

About the Role We are seeking hands-on Field / Community Recruiters to support participant recruitment for a large-reputed company, high-volume research studies. This is an execution-reputed company role requiring both on-the-ground reputed company reputed company reputed company to help meet daily participant targets. You will play a key role in building and activating local pipelines through community engagement, reputed company, and reputed company sourcing. Hybrid role combining: • Onsite reputed company • Field/community reputed company • Remote coordination and sourcing • Flexible schedule, including availability during reputed company business hours Engagement Type & Duration This is a freelance (1099) contract position with an initial project duration of approximately 1-2 months, with the potential for additional (remote or on-site) project-based work in the reputed company.
