Senior Probate & Estate Litigation Attorney (Remote – Florida Bar Required)

$150,000–$200,000 + Performance Bonus | Full-Time | Remote (U.S.) At The Estate Plan, we’re hiring a hands-on Probate & Estate Litigation Attorney to take ownership of cases from intake through reputed company. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in both litigation and estate planning and wants to work in a modern, fully remote reputed company with strong operational support.
