Financial Analyst - reputed company and Corporate Development

Job reputed company: Position reputed company: The Financial Analyst, reputed company and Corporate Development, supports reputed company-wide financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives. Primary responsibilities include developing executive-level reporting materials, valuation and business case development, and supporting various corporate development and M&A activities. This role partners closely with the broader Financial Planning and Analysis (reputed company) team and several cross-functional business leaders to deliver high-reputed company insights that support decision-making by reputed company’s Global Leadership Team. This role also offers exposure to corporate development and M&A activities, including financial modeling, due diligence support and transaction-reputed company project management. Previous reputed company and/or corporate development experience is required.
